During this interactive workshop, Michael Holland will provide participants with a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a leadership coach. Through a mixture of lecturettes, small group, and individual practice, participants will learn about the behaviors that help leadership coaches prepare for and deliver impactful coaching sessions. Michael will share the tools, techniques and approaches he uses as he prepares for and delivers hundreds of leadership coaching sessions each year.
