Smarter Storytelling: How Success Happens

Speaker: David Intrator

Today, Storytelling is one of the foundational skills needed by professionals of all kinds and at every level of an organization. The Smarter Storytelling interactive seminar and workshop introduces attendees to the fundamental principles of effective and engaging storytelling across all media, be it a speech, marketing video, photograph, Facebook feed or Powerpoint presentation. What makes the course unique is that it is taught from a storytelling practitioner’s perspective and includes numerous real-world examples that bring concepts to life. Moreover, attendees will get the chance to put what they learn immediately into practice, as they create and share stories during the workshop section.

Attendees will gain:

1) A better understanding of what a story is, and what it’s not.

2) Familiarity with universal storytelling principles that transcend all media.

3) Hands-on experience creating a story of their own within time-honored storytelling structures.

David Intrator, President of Smarter Storytelling, has enjoyed a long and distinguished career as a copywriter, creative director and brand strategist.
